SERVICES AND FEES

Pre-adoption services include review of medical records, photographs and videos (if available), correspondence with you regarding special concerns and questions, and a written medical opinion regarding health of potential adoptees.

All correspondence can be done by mail, fax, or e-mail.

Fees.

Pre-adoption services are usually not covered by health insurance plans and are billed directly to the individuals seeking them. Charges for these services range between $200 and $400 per child, depending on the complexity of the case.

Please, send all materials to the above address and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. As soon as I receive and review all the information, I will contact you either by telephone or by e-mail. After that, I will send all materials and my report back to you together with the invoice for services rendered. In your correspondence, please include your address, e-mail address, your fax number and your telephone number. Sometimes, it is much more productive to talk on the telephone than to communicate through other electronic means.

Post-adoption medical consultation is usually covered by health insurance plans.
